No Guarantee of Results
We work to improve website quality, online presence, organization, content, and visibility. However, we do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, leads, sales, revenue, or business outcomes.
Pricing and Estimates
Prices shown on the website are starting prices or general ranges unless otherwise stated. Final pricing depends on project scope, content needs, timeline, integrations, revisions, and ongoing support requirements. A written estimate or proposal may be provided before work begins.

All website copy, graphics, images, logos, design concepts, examples, and materials on this site are owned by Pluma & Pixel Studio or used for demonstration purposes, unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse website content without permission.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, approvals, logins, images, service details, and other materials needed to complete the project.
Third-Party Platforms

Project Policy
Project & Engagement Terms
The following expectations apply to website projects and monthly support engagements. Specific terms are confirmed in your written proposal or client agreement.
Deposits and Payment
Most website projects require a deposit before work begins. Remaining balances are due according to the project proposal or invoice schedule. Monthly support plans are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Project Timeline
Project timelines depend on scope, content readiness, client feedback, platform access, and revision time. Delays in content, approvals, or required information may delay launch.
Revisions
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds based on the selected package or proposal. Additional revisions, new pages, new features, or major changes outside the original scope may require additional fees.
Client Content
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business details, service descriptions, photos, brand assets, login access, policies, and any required approvals. Pluma & Pixel Studio may help organize or write content when included in the project scope.
Approvals
Client approval is required before major milestones such as design approval, content approval, and launch. Once a section is approved, major changes may affect the timeline or pricing.
Cancellations
If a client cancels a project after work has started, any completed work, planning, design, content, setup, or consulting time may be billed or retained from the deposit. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on project stage and agreement.
Monthly Support Plans
Monthly support plans may include website edits, maintenance, Google Business Profile updates, SEO improvements, content updates, performance review, or other services based on the selected plan. Unused monthly time or updates may not roll over unless agreed in writing.
Website Ownership
Ownership terms should be defined in the project proposal. In general, once the project is paid in full, the client owns the final website content and approved deliverables created specifically for them, excluding third-party tools, licensed assets, templates, software, plugins, and internal processes.
Launch Requirements
Before launch, all required balances, approvals, domain access, hosting access, platform access, and final content must be completed or provided.
